Week 48

Hellooo friends & family! Super super super super busy but fun week! here's some of this week's main events...

☆MIRACLES☆
-this week started off a bit slow with little sucess, but the weekend was amazing! We have a friend named Raul who wanted to be baptized in April but had some things come up in his life that prevented it. On Friday night we visited him and had a lesson and right before we left, he casually informed us that those things had cleared up. It's a BIG deal and I obviously can't go into details but for him to just casually say it as we're about to leave! We were like what ???? I literally cried as he told us! Happiest day ever! So he wants to get baptized this month! We are SO excited, we LOVE Raul! Everytime he sees us he yells: "My Sistersss!!" He's such a sweet man

☆BOOK OF MORMON IN 70 DAYS!!!☆
-Our mission was challenged by our President to read the Book of Mormon in 70 days because that is about the time it took Joseph Smith to translate it. We finished on June 9th and it was an amazing experience! We had to read about 7-8 pages each day to stay on track to finish in time and that was honestly difficult at first because there's just so much that we want to study or need to study but it was cool seeing how important it was to study the Book of Mormon and how much better our days were and more prepared our lessons were from devoting so much time to the Book of Mormon. I encourage you all to get in the Book of Mormon everyday! Whether it's one verse each day or one chapter each day or 8 pages a day, being in the Book of Mormon every single day will help you resist temptations, feel happier, and have a closer relationship with Jesus Christ! I can promise that :)

☆DOUBLE ZONE SHENANIGANS
-Being the STL's of 2 zones is honestly hard. Some days you don't really notice but others are absolutely crazy! This Friday, we had both zone council meetings (one for the Lehi zone at 10:30am and one for Helaman zone at 1pm) and we had to give trainings at both of those. It was stressful finding time to plan both of those and even more stressful giving both of them! We drive back and forth between large boundaries each day helping the sisters and coming back to our own area and going back for planning and then coming back for our own area. Back and forth constantly. I also am a perfectionist and people pleaser so it's hard trying to be everything for everyone and being in 5 different places at once for people. It's not always easy to just try and do your best and hope it's accepted, but we are doing our best and hoping God makes up the rest!

Enjoy my pics from this week :) i love & miss yall :)))
