Hellooo friends & family! It was another GREAT week to be a missionary :) here's some of the awesome things I got to experience this week.... ☆THANKSGIVING☆  -my first Thanksgiving on the mission was luckily amazing! we ate super good food at a member's house and played fun games with them and afterwards hung out with our zone and played more games like 2 truths and a lie which was hilarious because we all just said the funniest things from back home before the missions. i love my zone & i am very grateful for them! overall it was a super fun day:))  ☆TEMPLE TRIP☆ -we got to go to the Oquirrh Mountain temple this week which was awesome! I usually love taking questions with me to the temple, but lately I just haven't been able to really think of any. I just really wanted to feel peace and the spirit, and I DID. It was a GREAT week to be a missionary :) so far my favorite & best week on my mission, hands down! we had some really awesome things happen!!  ☆ZONE CONFERENCE☆ -we had Zone Conference on Wednesday and it was super fun:) the messages shared and trainings given were really good and I always love seeing the other missionaries. something they talked about i had already been working on is taking care of your mind&spirit and like having reflection times to journal and think. Ive been working on reflecting more and have seen improvements and been much happier & more grateful:) so far I haven't missed a SINGLE day Journaling, starting from my very first day of the at home MTC. sooo I'm pretty proud of that and ill be grateful when I can look back and have a ton of memories from my mission later:)  ☆VISIT FROM ULISSES SOARES☆ -on Friday the 18th, Elder Ulisses Soares, his wife, and some other members of the 70 came to our mission for a confer...

Hellooo friends & family! It was a slightly slow, but still GREAT week to be a missionary :) I love my zone, I love my companion, and I love my area so thats all great:))) ☆about to be the BEST WEEK EVER☆  -Honestly this week was a bit exhausting... we spent lots of time finding, but found no one. We are teaching lots of people, but no one is ready for baptism. Like super hard constantly busy work, but no immediate success which was discouraging. We were honestly busy from the minute we woke up to the minute we went to sleep and we kinda mentally and emotionally exhausted ourselves a bit. we did set ourselves up for success for next week though so things should improve. Plussss next week is going to be awesome!! ULISSES SOARES from the quorum of the 12 apostles is coming to visit our mission on Friday, and we have Zone Conference on Wednesday:)) HOW COOL! Hellooo friends & family! It was a GREAT week to be a missionary :) First week in Tooele!! (Technically we live in Lake Point & we cover Lake Point and Stansbury) its way colder over here.. but we have a car! So no complaints about the cold anymore haha! But it really is so beautiful and super fun I LOVE it here already!  ☆MIRACLES IN TOOELE !!!!!☆ -We experienced so many miracles this week! Literally on my first day we had a 45 minute block of time between some lessons and we didn't know what to do but have a very big stake goal so we need to be finding lots of people and obviously baptizing them, so my new companion, who I LOVE already, was like let's pray. We prayed to know where to go or what to do to be able to reach that goal and we met 3 people who just moved from Mozambique (who speak mostly Portuguese) and put them on date right then and there for 2 weeks from now.
