Hellooo friends & family! This week was pretty busy but super good!! And this week i turned 20! So that was cool :) we celebrated my birthday wayyy too many times haha but it was super fun :)) Here's some of this week's main events... ☆TRIO TRAINING!☆ -me and Sister bealer were together for a transfer and now we are training Sister Machen. Super cute gal from Alabama. It's been a slightly awkward adjustment from the basics of expanding our living situation (the shower is much less available with 3 girls and that's not been fun haha) to the more complicated aspect of merging 3 different personalities and teaching styles and life experiences and managing 3 oldest sibling bossiness... but we all love each other and we love Jesus Christ and had an amazing first week together and are going to have a great transfer :))) ☆MIRACLES☆ -we were able to have a great busy week! One day we got in contact with like 4 or 5 potential people to teach/ progress further towards baptism...

Hellooo friends & family! I almost missed a weekly email haha... but better late than never. I hit 6 months on my mission! And this week i turn 20.... How crazy! Time has been FLYING by! I love my mission :)) Here's some of this week's main events... ☆MICHELLE D. CRAIG☆ -last Tuesday, Michelle D Craig came to our mission and we had a mission conference with just the Sisters which was super awesome! There were several workshops about Love Languages, Companionships, Mental Health & burnouts, and then finding Joy in our Waiting Places (finding joy in the hard times). Super awesome and uplifting conference :)) ☆HEART ATTACKING :))☆ -me and my companion "heart attacked" a ton of members who we love or are struggling and it was such a fun service. the responses to our actions were actually so sweet. serving others brings true joy! always always always serve others :))) ☆PAKA !! ☆ -we got to visit our favorite person ever Don several times which was awesome :) it...

Hellooo friends & family! This week I will hit 6 months on my mission!! How crazy! Time has absolutely FLOWN by! BEST 6 MONTHS OF MY LIFE! The amount of things I've learned, miracles I've seen, people ive met, and lives I've watched change is incredible! God is SO good ☆DEAD FOR THE DAY☆ -early on in the week I had an allergic reaction to a cat bite... mixed with a negative reaction to benadryl... mixed with a migraine all at once. NOT fun I was exhausted, dizzy, numb (I couldn't feel my arms for over 2 days lol) just not fun. But despite all that I did have a good week and we still got lots of work done  ☆JORGE'S BAPTISM !!!☆ -our friend Jorge was baptized this past weekend!! he is so sweet and has told us since day one that he wanted to join our church. he loves serving others and loves Jesus Christ. there's something so special about watching someone grow closer to the Savior. seeing their whole appearance grow brighter and happier, proudly watching them ...

Hellooo friends & family! I hope you had a great first week of 2023!! It's a new year! New goals, new friendships, new lessons, new opportunities, new everything :)) I hope you are making the best of all these new opportunities, I know im trying to :) ☆VISIT FROM UCHTDORF☆ -one of our wards was becoming very large... like over 850 people so they had to rearrange boundaries. they shifted the boundaries of 2 wards and added a new one. sooo now we cover 16 wards  and are missing 3 ward mission leaders and all the leadership is being rearranged which is super stressful and a little chaotic. but one of the new bishops called is Elder Uchtdorf's grandson and so he made a surprise visit that none of the members were aware of until they showed up to the meeting. It was super super cool to hear from him he's one of my favorite apostles :)) ☆MIRACLES !!!☆ -we were able to put 3 of our friends on date for baptism this week!! so we currently have 5 friends on date to be baptized! 1...

Hellooo friends & family! Sorry its so late! Happy New Year!! I had one crazy wild ride of a year, but it was SO good. Its crazy to think of where i was, who i was with, what i was doing, etc... a year ago. Completely different life and path than now, its so wild.  I am so grateful for the changes that were made and to be doing the things im doing now and meeting the people ive met. Im happy with where im at, and i hope you all are too :) here's some of my week's main events (it was a fun one)... ☆SUS REFERRAL...☆ -on Monday we recieved a self referral (someone referred themselves to us to be taught) and it seemed fine... until he started asking questions that felt uncomfortable and answering things strangely. we got a weird feeling about him and couldn't figure out what was up so our district leader and his companions offered to come with us to our next lesson to see if he reacted different to boy missionaries or if they could catch the same vibes... we still can't...
